Basic Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services and Victerra's websites (the "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any Content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services and through third party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
VicterraConnect Early Sign Up Contest Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
Victerra Inc. will offer full consulting services free of charge to an organization that has an active presence on VicterraConnect.. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO WRITTEN RESPONSE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility:
Entry is available for all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District on Columbia ages 13 and over. Organization must be a registered 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization. Organization must be registered on VicterraConnect by January 15th, 2013 with at least 4 active users within the group on VicterraConnect.
3. How to Enter:
To enter entrants must create a Group page at www.victerraconnect.com. The group page will act as the organization’s entry into the contest. Organization must be registered on VicterraConnect by January 15th, 2013 with at least 4 active users within the group on VicterraConnect.
4. Judging Criteria:
Any entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. All qualified applicants will be considered, and one winner will be chosen at random. Winner will be announced January 30th, 2013.
5. Prizes:
The following prize will be awarded to 1 winner: One event based professional fund raising effort by Victerra Inc. pro bono.
6. Miscellaneous:
Standard terms of usage of VicterraConnect apply. Victerra Inc. is a registered Illinois Corporation and a legally recognized Professional Fundraiser in the state of Illinois.
